They told me I couldn't speak after the operation & that I needed to go home to rest...They said I had to stick to 'soft' food like porridge...They said I needed to stay home to reccuperate...
THEY WERE ALL WRONG!!!!!!
Wahaha! Yea..silly ol' me is back, after the ear wax cleaning exercise at Alexandra Hospital, I went on to remove my wisdom teeth 'cos they were giving me numerous ulcers resulting in some loss of 'proper' speech...mispronounciation caused by the ulceration of the gums & tongue.
Given 6 days medical leave but 1 day probably did the trick for me..getting the painkillers out of my system...It was pretty difficult on the first day as blood kept oozing out of my gums like there was no tomorrow & the gauze in my mouth didn't taste too well either =P The whole friday was a talking nightmare with my entire right portion of my face totally numb, I had to order my sugarcane juice 5 times to get across to the drinkstall owner! 5 Times! 5 TImes! 5 tImes! ( Can YOU DIG IT sucka! ) Oh man...i feel like Booker T all of a sudden...
It still hurts from time to time whenever food gets into the cavity where the teeth used to be but it's much better now. I'm told i've stitches inside but i can't feel them anywhere. I've decided to stop the painkillers 'cos they taste bad. I'll post my teeth up real soon. =)

Im having sore feet..never realised it till i tickled my feet & realised it has been rather tender for the past few hours.. =(
Staying up online at late hours gives me crazy heart wrenching thoughts..a sign that i'm lacking of rest & it's way past my bed time.

11:42 am - Superman Returns with a bang!

Bing Cong & I met up last evening to catch a special screening of Superman Returns which turns out to be super cool. I would gladly be a spokesperson for this movie & i would give two thumbs up for this, even include my big toe if it could be counted in! haha...it was certainly a spectacular show..I didn't feel the slightest pinch in the pocket even though i took a taxi down to watch it, even with my temporal hearing loss, the show was all worth the effort coming down to Great World City. =)
It was a 2 1/2 hr show which kinda puzzled me at first cos the opening was a old skool which effects were reminiscene of the good ol' Star Wars days...it certainly got me & BC puzzled if we got into the correct theatre...
The show has a story filled with depth,love & sighs...as compared to the shows of recent times where fleshy boobs & thigh baring & other sex connotations are splashed all over, hoping to get guys gawking over "the next big thing".
The romance between Superman & Lois is certainly swoon worthy..you see scenes like where Lois tries to light her cig & the fire coming from the lighter keeps getting taken out for a strange gust of wind then Lois take off her shoes & steps on Supe's boots & dance off the roof & take off into the skies across Metropolis & the world.
I think Lois' husband (guy who acted as Cyclops from Xmen movies) knows that Lois still has a thing for Supe but he's still a great guy. I think Supe scores points for taking it cool all the way, overhearing Lois' & husband's conversation about himself & acting as if he's not hearing...stuff like that...he certainly carried himself well. Well it's a show right? :)
Oh yes...for those who go gaga over lil boys, Lois' son is one such kid =P
We went down for BK at Liat after the show & had a great time talking of how life has changed so much over the past 1 year plus...
(i suddenly realise that the general Singaporean men have no sense of romanticism or passion these days...haha) What else can the general singaporean men do other than expensive dinners & getting a fancy car & big hotel room...?

I just got back my internet but it's not all a good thing cos I've missed out on updating my journal here...awwww....i Know u miss me too sweeties. haha
Well, I'm really happy that it's friday, I can get to choose to go to the beach tomorrow morning to bake myself. =)
Been'z taking lots of pics around me..from instant noodle to self potraits (quite revolting noe?) haha....will post them some days later. Quite lazy right now..
My bro is back from Cambodia, good to see him after all these months. Shared a few conversations & starting to talk more deep stuff with my family after his return. I guess it's all going pretty well at home.
Boss is back from the Gold Coast, it's quite comical to imagine that my boss's car got towed away with 10 minutes after illegally parking..what's funnier is that he's also in the same sector...well at least in Singapore.
Coincidentally, my other female boss also got booked ("SaR-MuN" as the old froggies call it) for parking for 5 minutes at a double line. Quite sad know...the police are really resilent about their work...Sadly she got issued demerit points while is like major ouch.

Friday night was wacked man! haha...stoned the whole night talking BGR with Darren & what we do on outings with people. I can't believe we did that the whole night while munching away on Calbee chips & downing soya bean milk!
I guess Saturday was the best day in a while =) Met up with Tab to do some shopping, sadly John & Beth couldn't make it. I will never make the same mistake of doing duty & going out the next day agaiN! My legs literally gave way when i squatted down to pick stuff up...only to realise that my legs won't lift me up! haha I think its 'cause my knee incurred some injury abt a month ago.
I seriously need to get it fixed. *point to note*
The day didn't end there....apparently i carried on to meet up with Jas, Nicholas, Ben, Marcus & cheryl to celebrate Jaslin's birthday =) It was an estatic night as we went to Loof but couldn't get seats :( so we went to Long Bar at Raffles Hotel instead. I was quite apprehensive about entering at first as I felt it may null the covenant i signed but it turned out to be a really nice place with a live band & lotsa shells littered all over the ground! yes it was!! I've never seen anything like it! It was so funnY! Can you imagine throwing peanuts around like no one's business & a freeflow of peanuts?? Yes..it was pretty hilarious :P I got a video but i'll upload it once i've transfer it out of my hp.

I'm back. Kinda got my issues figured out...well sort of. I'm still in confusion but sometimes just don't solve instantly i suppose? Decided not to pursue the issue/s any further as it would lead nowhere, or perhaps an answer i wouldn't like to hear...
Oh well i'm just letting it be & i guess the time will come again when it will return...ill have to deal with it then & there.

Can't sleep. Can't stop......
Is a hug & someone saying " I will continue to love you " so hard to come by?
Must we think of the repercussions of doing such a simple act of love, worry & think of all the red tapes & hence restraint the love...I don't think love was created by God to be like that...it just CAN'T be...then it wouldn't have been called love would it...

Im feeling darn BLAH now, yea...feel like blahing some peoplev off.
Why is it that rules are bent for some people & they get scot-free in front of everyones' eyes when it happens but i get pointblank criticism when i flout the rules myself?
Childish banter yes, but it does show that the system is pretty bias over certain people.
Try my blah-ness. BLAHHHHH!

I can't believe it myself...i'm not hungry..well...i don't mind eating but there isn't much to eat around in clementi when i've been eating HERE for the past few days & the food simply...SUCK.
No offence, i think visitors from other singapore estates who come to this western part would find the food absolutely fantastic, i did when i first came here!
Oh yes, big news. Met cheryl teo last friday when i was rehearsing for V day concert, she was doing the toddlers which was her 'thing' - taking care of little cute kids on behalf of the parents who went for the LTP course. =) I'm glad to say that we had a pretty decent conversation if you ask me. We had a pretty engaging talk on our way back & it's good to be on good talking terms. =)

Worked late, went to town to settle a dispute which didn't end well...but went home with a funky shirt. ++

Went to town to meet Jiehuai, John, Bethia & Joy to celebrate Jiehuai's bday but to my dismay, i went to Cineleisure to find John back to his old ways plus two adults bickering over a miscommunication, disputing over waiting time of 2 minutes. (Petty 20 years olds at their ego games)
I mean like are you two not going to talk just because
1. You didn't bother to wait for a few mins or ignored the sms
2. You got all pissed just because someone could've missed the msg but was still in the area
Like HELLO??? You freakin petty kids...getting angry & upset over waiting time. I thought they were mature enough to apologise to one another after 2 hours of separation but I guess their EGO are larger than life...
They spoilt my expensive T shirt (funky but expensive, the price is only justifiable for its branding) which could've made my night.
